Crochet 102: Basket weave stitch - February 2010

This class will introduce a complex new crochet stitch -- the basket weave stitch. This is a great stitch for scarves, and could also be employed on sweaters, garment edges, or any number of other locations. Students should already have mastered techniques covered in Crochet 101 before taking this class.

Cost: $14 plus materials for the 2hr session ($19 if materials are purchased elsewhere)

Materials required:

• 1 skein DK-weight yarn (wool or alpaca)
• Size G hook
• Darning needle
