We are happy to help resolve quick errors (5-minutes-or-less) free of charge if you purchased your yarn here at Clever Knits. There is a $5 charge for this assistance if you purchased your yarn elsewhere.
For more complex problems, or to learn new techniques, we offer private lessons in knit and crochet for a very reasonable rate of $20 per 30 minutes (30 minute minimum). These can be scheduled individually with Karen, Lexi, or Helena by emailing us at cleverknits@gmail.com.
